Business Specific Terms and Conditions

• Price And Specifications: We have the right to alter/change the prices or the specifications of the products and whatever we sold will be subject to prices and conditions ruling at the time of delivery.

• Import licences: It is customer's responsibility to obtain any import licenses and complying with all regulations governing admission of the goods into the country of destination and for payment of all custom duties, port dues and other charges.

• Delivery dates Delivery dates set by PiRho Supplies are approximate only and there will be no accountability for any loss, damage or expenses resulting due to any delay in delivery from any cause whatsoever nor shall any delay permit the customer to cancel any order or to refuse to accept delivery.

• Returned goods PiRho Supplies is not obliged to accept the return of goods delivered to customer on the basis of his/her orders.

• Cancellation PiRho Supplies has the right to make cancellation charges for any orders cancelled prior to delivery.

• Packing Charges for special packaging as per customer's requirement will be charged from the customer.

• Force majeure Should we be delayed in or prevented from making delivery owing to Act of God war civil disturbance requisitioning governmental or parliamentary restrictions prohibition or enactment of any kind import or export regulations strike lockout trade dispute difficulty in obtaining workmen or materials breakdown of machinery fire accident or any other cause whatsoever beyond our control we shall be at liberty to cancel or suspend the contract without incurring any liability for any loss or damage resulting therefrom.

• Payment Payment must be made in full by the customer before goods are dispatched.
